The first piece of advice I have is to make sure you don't procrastinate. Now this is a big thing in our class. You might feel like you have lots of time to work on projects because you can bring your laptop home. So, therefore you don't really need to work on it a lot. Please don't do it. It's better to get it done early so Mr.M can check it and you could be ahead hopefully. I learned this the hard way, so just don't do it.
The second piece of advice I have is to work together with your partner. If you don't work together, bad things happen and you put your project in risk. I also learned this the hard way. Make sure to communicate as much as possible regarding your project. Not saying you have to be besties or something, but you can if you want.
The last piece of advice is for when you're doing your fourth quarter project. Try to plan ahead of time on what cool video you're going to do. Also, if you want to work with someone or not. It's always good to be prepared on what you're going to do for projects to make it one of the the best.
In conclusion, I hoped this is good advice for you newbies out there coming into the class. This was all what I could think of other than, telling you meet your deadlines or make sure there's a shoe on your tripod or monopod before you film. Trust me we make those mistakes, but Mr.M wanted us to dig down deeper into the bag of advice. :)
