One thing that I should have watched out for was if it would have made her cry, I meant for it to be a joke. My sister didn't cry, but she did scream. At the time, it was funny to me, but that made her scream even more when I laughed. Thinking about it now, I should have kept the laugh in. She probably screamed because my laughing made her mad.
The next thing I should have watched out for was embarrassing her. When I teased her, we were downstairs and our neighbors are able to hear. So they probably heard her screaming because of my teasing. Next time we play, I should probably close the front door.
So I did not expect my sister to scream. I was laughing because I thought it was funny. I did not do it to make her mad, but it did. I guess what I learned from this is my sister can be sensitive. She is usually tough and mean because she is a tomboy.
The next we play boxing on our Wii and my sister starts sweating, I going to try to hold in my laugh. She sweats because she tries so hard to win. I think I need to remember how it feels to be the youngest and how hard it is to win at games. You should always put yourself in their shoes before you say anything.
